PANC IS YOUR ASSOCIATION

On behalf of your PANC Steering Committee, welcome to the professional organization for school district human resources and personnel professionals.  We are here to provide support, guidance, and assistance to our colleagues and stakeholders across North Carolina in all things human resources and human capital. 

 

Our organization offers 2 professional learning conferences each year, as well as a

communication newsletter that is sent as needed.  We also partner with other NC professional organizations, such as NCASA, NCPAPA, and NCASBO, as well as national organizations such as AASA and AASPA. We strive to provide relevant, timely information to our membership and these partnerships help us accomplish that task.

 

We are excited about the positive, though challenging, changes taking place in NC and look forward to growing our membership and increasing collaboration across our state. Please reach out to a member of our Steering Committee if you have any questions or needs.
